Training:
Upper body
Hopefully a walk when I get home or DVD

Diet:
1: Oats, green tea
2: Chicken muffin, 2 x plums, coffee
3: Roast beef and veg
4: Cinnamon protein bread
5: ?

I had to really push myself out of bed this morning but, yet again, the JFDI card has done wonders.  I feel great now and I know I have gotten my workout done for the day.  I would like to do some cardio this afternoon today, Mossy wasn't walked as it was raining  this morning but I may do a DVD when I get home.
