Diet:
1: Coffee (while folding the clothes)
2: Vegemite on toast, milk, green tea
3: Yoghurt with pp, lychees, coffee
4: Lasagne and veg
5: SS bar (didn't have yesterday)
6: Pork and veg

DOMS has kicked in but feeling great :o)
