/&gt;Went to go for a walk this morning and there were a couple of dogs out so I turned around and went back home again but will try again this arv.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been feeling down in the dumps this last week and I am putting it down to my piss poor efforts of the last 12 weeks. I'm not sure if I should step it up a notch and try and be competitive because there are some awesome prizes on offer but I'm not sure if that is in the spirit of the program. weekend.&amp;nbsp;I think it might have caused my nearly 1 kg weight gain as well.&amp;nbsp; I'm supposed to be training legs today but seeing as they got smashed several times on the weekend I have /&gt;4: ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It is nice to be back into some routine post holiday.&amp;nbsp; I weighed in last Wednesday at 53.4 kg and the above weight is from Thursday.&amp;nbsp; I'm not too really have that sort of time so I did 1 min ones.&amp;nbsp; I am really tired and need to sort out my evening so I'm in bed with lights out by 9:30 rather than in bed between 9:30 and 10:00 and read for a bit.&amp;nbsp; I'm hoping that by getting out of bed earlier I will be able to utilise that time better and get stuff done in the morning rather than the evenings (as long as I don't buggerise
